H Series hybrid stepper motors are high-efficiency, low-loss conventional hybrid motors in round-frame NEMA 34 and NEMA 42 (90 and 110 mm) sizes for general-purpose positioning and rapid-traverse axes.
They provide 200 full steps per revolution (1.8° step angle) and are offered with unipolar or bipolar windings, with step accuracy specified at ±3% of one full step under no-load conditions. Standard offerings deliver holding torques up to 27.95 N·m and are intended for applications that need high torque across a wide speed range. Mechanical and connection options include shaft flats or keyways, rear shaft and encoder-mounting provisions, and hookup styles such as flying leads, motor-mounted MS-style connectors, or terminal-board conduit connections in standard or splashdown enclosures. NEMA 34 and 42 models are UL recognized and CE compliant, use Class B insulation, are rated for -20 to +40 °C ambient operation, and can be configured to IP65 when built with sealed construction and a shaft seal.
