This brushless servo motor functions as a torque-dense rotary actuator in automation cells, supplying precise velocity and position control for indexing tables, pick-and-place arms, and compact conveyors. Its compact design supports applications that need accurate motion without a large installation footprint. It can be used on rotary axes that require smooth acceleration, controlled deceleration, and reliable tracking of commanded motion profiles. This helps it fit packaging, handling, and assembly equipment with limited space around the axis.
To meet diverse installation needs, the motor is supplied without a brake, so external holding must be provided only when required by the axis. Electrical power, resolver signals, and protective earth are consolidated in 2 SpeedTec Ready connectors, which use a bayonet-style connection to simplify cable attachment while maintaining sealing.
