Product Description

The AKD-P00306-HAEC-1000 servo drive is manufactured by Kollmorgen, which is known for its superior-class products that deliver industry-leading performance. The servo drive can be connected to the suitable motor via a plug-and-play action. The unit has a control logic supply voltage of 24 V. The product can be set up only by personnel with expertise in electrical engineering and drive technology. It has a continuous output power of 1100 Watts. The rated supply voltage of the unit is 120 to 240 V and it can be connected to a one- or three-phase industrial power supply network. The peak output current of the drive is 9 Arms with a tolerance of +/-3%. The installation and commissioning of the AKD servo drive should be performed only after reading the documentation that comes with it. The device should not be touched or opened during operation. The drive has a certified STO safety implementation. The PE block of the unit supports a tightening torque of up to 1.7 Nm. The drive doesn?t feature an internal regen resistor. If required, an external resistor can be connected. The servo drive has a resistance of 33 Ohm for its external regen resistor. The device has a continuous regen power of 0.77 kW for its external resistor. The AKD servo drive contains electrostatically sensitive components. If it is not handled properly, these parts can be damaged. Before touching the servo drive, the user should discharge himself/herself electrostatically. When touching the drive, contact must be avoided with highly insulating materials, including plastic films and artificial fabrics. The unit should be placed on a conductive surface. Capacitors in the product can have dangerous voltages for up to seven minutes after turning off the supply power. For increased safety, the voltage in the DC bus link must be measured and the user must wait until the voltage falls below 50 V.
