Product Description

The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-24-0-0 is a durable and highly flexible industrial single-axis controller designed by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat according to internationally accepted quality standards. This industrial control device is a very flexible device that can be used with a lot of industrial machines such as transfer lines, rail-bound vehicles and special machines. The configuration of this controller with application-specific data sets is designed to be done on a personal computer through the use of the WIN-PED program. However, the swift changing of data can be done through a hand-held BB-3 control box or the BF-1 control panel. Although this axis controller is not designed with a bus interfaces, it contains about 24 digital input-output interfaces through which it communicates with all other parts of the servo system.

The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-24-0-0 features a unique enclosure that provides it with high mechanical resistance against vibration and shock, this enclosure is also covered with a special coating that prevents the rapid deterioration of the controller by preventing direct contact between the enclosure and corrosive liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis and seawater.

The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-24-0-0 also contains about 4 analogue input and output interfaces respectively. The analogue input interfaces operate with an input voltage that falls between -10 to +10 volts while offering an input resistance of about 200 kiloohms. On the other hand, the analogue output interface supplies an output voltage that falls between -10 to about +10 volts and an output current of about 10 milliamperes. The residual ripple content of these analogue output interfaces is about 60 millivolts while the resolution is about 1.25 millivolts.
