The Bosch Rexroth VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-P-1 is a digital card. Operators can use the card as a command card or a controller card. The bus connection on the digital card is Profibus. The card features a valve output stage for 4WRE, component series 2X with two solenoid (only in connection with Profibus). The list of features supported by the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-P-1 is a long one. The card supports a RS-232 serial interface, a configurable analog output, front display with keys for parameter display and modification, adjustment to hydraulic drive by means of zero point correction and overlap compensation, ±10 Volts reference voltage outputs, nine analog outputs, eight digital inputs and seven configurable digital outputs. For six of the analog inputs, operators can switch between voltage (±10 Volts, 0 to 10 Volts) and current (4 to 20 milliamps).

Parameters can that be accessed from the front panel include the following: command value and ramp parameters, actual values, control parameters, output parameters, analog I/O, and position sensors. The display of command and actual values as well as the output of error messages are available as diagnostic options. In addition to the keypad on the front panel, operators can configure the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-P-1 card from a PC-based software. The name of the software is BODAC. It is not supplied with the card. Rather it is freely available for download from the Bosch website. The PC-to-card communication takes place over a serial connection. Other accessories required for card use include an interface cable, USB adapter and Profibus connector.  The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-P-1 requires 24 Volts DC nominal input. Its weight is 0.2 kilograms. I/O interface on the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-P-1 card is a 64-pole male multipoint connector.
