The PPC-R22.1N-N-T3-P1-NN-FW is a motion control unit specifically designed for accurate and precise motion control across multiple axes. This control unit supplements the Diax 04, Eco 03, and the IndraDrives and enables complete control over speed and position. Because of its integrated logic control feature, the device can be used for coordinated and non-coordinated motion control along several axes at a time. This control unit’s functionality can be significantly enhanced with Human Machine Interface (HMI) panels from the BTV series. The BTV04, BTV05, and BTV06 HMI panels are compatible with this system. This device has multiple features to enhance its range of operations. These features include motion control programming, motion control management, system diagnostics, and parameterization. The Visual Motion Toolkit (VMT) software enables these functions. The device also enables the DDE and OPC servers to communicate through SCP.

The PPC-R22.1N-N-T3-P1-NN-FW is compatible with the Sercos interface. The Sercos interface enables the integration of up to 40 drives. All the drives can be simultaneously controlled. This control unit can be integrated with handling machines, paper converting equipment, printing equipment, assembly systems, food processing machines, automation. The connected motors can be adapted to specific functions with this control unit by programming it before start-up. This model comes with a Link Ring, Limit Switch, and an Encoder Interface Card. A 32 MB compact flash card can be installed with this system. A four-digit alpha-numeric display has also been provided.
