Product Description

The MTS-R02.2-M2-P2-NN-NN-FW SPS by Bosch Rexroth features a small format structure. Multiple units can be connected in a network using a RS 232/RS 485 interface. These modules are assigned individual numbers from 0 to 15. The rack on which the product is mounted is fixed on to a TS 35x27x15 DIN rail that is secured in place using a screw. It can also be mounted directly on to the mounting plate present in the switchgear cabinet with the help of the holes in the rack. This power supply is secured on the rack using two retaining screws. The product must be ground using a cable that has a minimum cross-section of 6mm².

The COM and PROG interfaces of the product are 15-way D-SUB female connectors. The battery of the device requires charging 1 hour to render a backup time of approximately 100 hours. The DIP switch inside the unit can be accessed with a small screwdriver or a pointed tool even when the housing is closed. The housing of the module encompasses two half-shells that can be easily disassembled after both the screws on its back are taken off. In case of errors, the 7-segment H1 display flashes in succession and displays three-digit error states. The product can operate on its own or as a joint CNC-SPS system along with an MTC-R unit. The device features three optional slots, U1 to U3. These slots support the connection of additional serial interfaces or open field bus interfaces. The unit is intended to operate between a temperature range of 0°C and 50°C according to DIN 40 040 Class KV specifications. The SPS is available with a warranty period of one year.
