The MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-P2-NN-NN-FW model can be used as a standalone SPS in conjunction with input/output devices and it can also be used as a combined CNC-SPS system together with an MTC-P unit. The MTS-P02.2 control comes with an SPC control and INTERBUS module. The INTERBUS module provides a connection to the intelligent field devices and it can be configured directly by using the input or output configurator. The seven-segment one digit H1 display is placed in this module for error diagnosis and the error states are indicated by three-digit error codes. The MTS-P02.2 control can operate ideally between the permissible voltage range of +4.8 to +12.6 V including the 50 to 120 mV ripples. The net weight of the model is approximately 0.3 kg and it should be mounted into slot 01 of the RMB02.2 rack. Several modules can be mounted next to each other and the minimum clearance should be maintained between the modules to allow sufficient airflow.

The model MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-P2-NN-NN-FW comes with a PROFIBUS slave module which provides communication between the control and other decentralized devices. The temperature on which the model can operate without a reduction in rated data is 0 to +50 degree Celsius and it can bear the atmospheric pressure of 860 – 1080 hPa (during operation) and 660 – 1080 hPa (during transport). The model can be installed into the industrial PC or in the BTV20/30. The MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-P2-NN-NN-FW model is protected by IP 20 protection standard. The control can be used for food machines, handling systems, and machine tools. The firmware should be ordered as a separate sub-item.
