The MDD112C-N-020-R2M-130GA1 product is a digital servo motor designed to be operated with an AC power source. The company is known to provide reliable AC motors at an affordable cost. Customers get to choose from nine variants with different power and speed ratings. The MDD112C AC motor falls in the IP65 protection category. Owing to this, it can sustained in an environment potentially explosive and contains tiny solid particles i.e. dust and dirt.

The digital servo motor is designed to operate with a nominal speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute. This digital motor relies on a servo feedback system and integrated absolute multi-turn encoder. The state-of-the-art servo motor is engineered to have a 130mm centering diameter and a smooth output shaft. Blocking brakes are included in this model which produce 14 Nm of torque when applied. To power up the motor, use the electrical connectors at the A side of the housing. It comes with a design allowing natural convection, saving the cost of additional cooling arrangements. If needed to store the motor, ensure that the ambient temperature never drops -20 degree Celsius and exceeds +80 degree Celsius.

The MDD112C model comes with a prime black coat with RAL 9005 that protects it from weather. This motor provides maximum data output in an ambient temperature range of 0 to +45 degree Celsius. This series is well-suited for applications that require high precision including grinding machines. It is engineered to produce 97.3 Nm of maximum torque while consuming a current of 110.5 A. This motor (MDD112C-N-020-R2M-130GA1) has a mass of 48 kg and operates with a 100-minute thermal time constant. At a standstill position, this model is capable of producing 28 Nm torque.
