The MDD112B-N-020-N2M-130PB1 is a new-generation industrial servo motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by serving as a reliable source of kinetic energy for industrial production and processing machines. This industrial motor is designed according to international quality standards, its housing unit is produced according to the IP65 protection class, and it is also painted with a black prime coating which provides the motor with resistance against weathering, yellowing and chalky build-up on the motor’s housing. The coating also provides protection against deterioration that can be caused by chemical substances such as dilute acids and lyes. The unique design of this electric motor and the mounting flange supplied with the motor makes the integration of the motor into the servo system very easy and straightforward. Both the mounting flange with through-holes and the mounting flange with threads can be used for the installation of the motor into the servo system.

The MDD112B-N-020-N2M-130PB1 electrical motor operates with a closed-loop feedback system, its internal encoder converts the physical operation of the motor into digital signals and transmits these signals to the drive controller through a motor feedback system. As soon as the drive controller receives the signals from the encoder of the motor, it compares the current operational status of the motor to pre-determined configuration parameters and corrects any deviation in the motor’s operation by supplying the motor with controlled electrical energy through the power cable.

The MDD112B-N-020-N2M-130PB1 industrial motor is designed with an output shaft that features a shaft sealing ring and a special keyway which ensures the secure connection of the motor to the industrial machine without the risk of sudden disconnection. This output shaft can also support a high radial load and is perfect for use with pinons and belt pullies.
