Product Description

Their AC drive system gives you the opportunity to have one or more drive controllers in one power unit. The power supply units comes as HVR or HVE type. They differ on the method of regulating DC bus voltage. Both HVE and HVR units are required from Rexroth Indramat drive and control system types HDD and HDS to function.

HVE offers unregulated voltage for the controllers and HVR serves to send regulated voltage for the controllers which are highly beneficial in under voltage situations. With the HVR, the drive dynamic will not drop.  All HVR drives are powered by motors generating a continuous mechanical power up to 36kW maximum and can be connected to voltages of 3 x AC 380 ... 480 V with a tolerance of ± 10 %, 50 ... 60 Hz power systems. No need for transformers. Motors of a maximum continuous mechanical power of 36 kW are connected to the HVR power supply units.

You can adapt HVR power supply to your specific application as it comes in 6  different variations.  HVR minimizes the loss when feeding the energy produced when braking the drives and feed back into the mains. Everything becomes easy to diagnose with the alphanumeric display introduced into the power supply. The unit HVR02.2-W025N has continuous DC bus power of 25 kW and peak bleeder power of 75 kW. It allows for a maximum fusing of 50A , giving the chance to easily create power circuit breakers or slow-blow fuses of the gL type. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
