Product Description:

HVR02.2-W025N is an power supply unit. It is compatible with DIAX04 AC drives from Bosch Rexroth. The power supply unit rectifies 3-phase AC voltage. HVR supply units provide a regulated DC bus voltage for the drive controllers. The power supply has an input rating of 380 to 480 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz. The continuous power output of the unit is 25 kilowatts. The peak power output for 0.3 seconds is 75 kilowatts. Multiple drive controllers can be used with one power supply unit, so that the drive system needs only one mains connection. When the HVR power supply unit runs in generator mode, the energy is regenerated back into the AC mains. If a mains failure or shut down of the power supply unit occurs, the motors are braked by the bleeder in the HVR supply. The drive controllers can be separated from the mains via the internal power contactor on the power supply unit. The supply also provides DC control voltage for the drive controllers. The supply unit is equipped with monitoring functions and communicates with drive controllers through the control bus voltage. Bosch has designed the HVR02.2-W025N for air cooling. The permissible ambient temperature with rated data is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. The maximum permissible ambient temperature with derated data is 55 degrees Celsius. Protection rating of the unit is IP10. The HVR supply unit contains sensitive electrolytic capacitors. In the case of long-term storage, operators must operate the power supply once a year for a duration of at least 1 hour with power on. The supply unit can handle 0.15 millimeter peak to peak vibration at 10 to 57 Hz frequency.
