Product Description:
The HVR02.2-W025N/S204 is a power supply unit which belongs to Bosch Rexroth’s HVR product line. It is installed inside DIAX04 control systems for providing DC power to drive control modules installed in the same chassis. The HVR02.2-W025N/S204 accepts three-phase AC input between 380 and 480 Volts AC. The input voltage is rectified by the supply unit and the DC voltage is provided to the compatible drive controllers. The HVR02.2-W025N/S204 is designed for regulated DC bus operation. Input transformers are not required under normal operating conditions. However input transformers may be required if the ambient thresholds recommended by Bosch for the HVR02.2-W025N/S204 supply are exceeded. The rated continuous power output of the HVR02.2-W025N/S204 is 25 kilowatts. The supply output can go up to 75 kilowatts for a duration of 0.3 seconds.
Power loss for the HVR02.2-W025N/S204 when it is operating with continuous output power is 750 Watts. Power losses per kilowatt for the DC bus when the supply is operating at continuous output power are 24 Watts per kilowatt. The supply comes with a blower for facilitating convection cooling. Bosch has also specified minimum spacing requirements when the HVR02.2-W025N/S204 is installed inside a cabinet. These minimum spacing requirements are: 90 millimeters in front of the supply, 80 millimeters on top of the supply and 100 millimeters below the supply. IP10 rated enclosure of the supply measures 498 x 175 x 262 millimeters. A two-place seven-segment display is provided on the front panel of the HVR02.2-W025N/S204 to signal operating status and faults. Control voltages of +24 Volts, +5 Volts and ±15 Volts are required for fault diagnosis. Errors on the supply can be reset by generating reset command, by switching off the control voltage or by pressing the RESET button. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
