Product Description

The EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDB-7P-NNNNN-NNNN manufactured by Bosch Rexroth has both digital and analog signal input functions. The converters digital input is powered by a power supply of 24 VDC with an output current of 100mA. The analog signal function is connected to an external power supply with a Voltage output ranging from 0 to 10 V and a current frequency of 0 to 20mA. When connecting the frequency converter to inductive loads (relays contactors, solenoids, valves, and motors), install noise suppression circuits next to the inductive load coils. The suppression circuit protects the frequency converter from the electromagnetic interference caused during inductive load action. The frequency converter power connection is connected through a double or a single cable. Indramat recommends using XLPE or EPR copper cables with 90 heat insulation ability as per IEC60364-5-52 stipulations. 

The frequency converters programming parameter is integrated with the digit shifting function for fast parameter selection and modification. The Frequency converter should be mounted at altitudes not exceeding 1,000m above sea level. The recommended ambient temperature for operation should range from -10°C to 45 °CThe EFC frequency converter is used with an optional LCD or LED panel. The LCD control panel assists in; navigating between the parameters and the group code, entering and exiting the converters parameter group screen, starting or stopping the frequency converter, and displaying the information regarding the forward and reverse state of the frequency converter. 

The EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDB-7P-NNNNN-NNNN is designed with both an open collector output channel and pulse output channel. The open-collector has a voltage output of 30VDC and an output current of 50mA. The frequency converter current channels are powered by a power supply of 24 VDC with a maximum output current of 100mA. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
