The DDS02.1-W100-DL08-00 is a modular drive controller designed by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indrmat to accurately monitor and control the operation of industrial motors used in the servo system. This controller is designed according to the American and European machine quality standards; it is a very flexible device that is compatible with a wide range of industrial synchronous and linear motors such as the MDK synchronous motor, LAR inductance linear motor, and the LAF inductance linear motor. The combination of this industrial controller with a sophisticated industrial motor forms a rapid response drive that can support the operation of highly sophisticated industrial machines such as food processing machines, metal forming machines, paper converting machines, and lots more.

The DDS02.1-W100-DL08-00 industrial drive controller is designed to be operated with regulated power supply systems designed by Rexroth Indramat; the electrical components of this drive controller generate a leakage current of about 3.5 milliamperes during operation, to prevent electrical accidents, the controller should be properly connected to an efficient grounding system before operation. Although this drive controller is designed to be perfectly safe for industrial operation, it can initiate dangerous motor movements if it is operated with faulty additional accessories, wrong configurational instructions, or the wrong wiring.

The DDS02.1-W100-DL08-00 industrial drive controller maintains a closed-loop motor control; it can independently detect and correct any motor deviation from the pre-determined configurational parameters.
