Product Description

CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S5-NN-NN-FW is a modular control section. It is a primary component of Bosch IndraDrive controllers. The remaining components include a power section, firmware and a control panel. The modular design provides operators with flexibility in the choice of optional hardware. The CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S5-NN-NN-FW control section can accommodate four optional modules including a safety module. It is equipped with three factory-installed module and one slot is vacant. The three factory-installed modules include two multi-encoder modules and a safety module. The safety module supports safe motion. Multi-encoder modules allow controller use with a wide range of equipment including MSM motor encoder, MSK motor encoder, sin-cos encoder with Hiperface, sin-cos encoder with EnDat 2.1, sin-cos encoder with reference track, 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, SSI, combined encoder for SSI, resolver (not supported with safe motion), Hall sensor box SHL02.1 and digital Hall sensor in conjunction with Hall sensor adapter box SHL03.1.

The CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S5-NN-NN-FW is also equipped with Multi-Ethernet master communication. This interface has two separate RJ-45 interfaces for upstream and downstream communication. Standard Cat-5 Ethernet cables can be used with the interface for maximum 100 meter segment length. The CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S5-NN-NN-FW is a control section that is only compatible with a standard control panel. Power consumption depends on the power draw of the basic unit and optional modules. According to the options with which the configurable control sections are equipped, the power consumption of the optional modules has to be added. This does not change the data for inrush current and pulse width. The power consumption is specified as the maximum value of the respective component and can occur at individual components. In drive systems with multiple components, the power consumption made with statistical assumptions will often be lower than the calculated value.
