Product Description

The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-NNN-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW advanced control section offered by Bosch Rexroth features probe digital inputs with a minimum pulse width of 4μs. The control section also encompasses one Normally Open relay contact. The product incorporates a Safe Torque Off safety option via its X41 connector. The optional module used for this safety feature does not support bus wiring. The section is located inside a power section of the drive controller. The analog I/O extension module helps to enhance the resolution of the analog channels of the product. The device is equipped with screw terminal blocks and spring terminals. The spring terminals must preferably be wired using wire ends with or without ferrules, although without ferrules is preferred.

The control section has a power consumption of 7.5W at a 24VDC voltage rating. The unit also portrays a typical inrush current rating of 4A and a maximum pulse width of 100ms. Its X31 and X32 connectors are used for its isolated inputs and outputs. These inputs, as well as outputs, are not connected to the 24V supply of the power section. The product comprises a RS 232 serial interface connection at its circular MiniDin female X2 connector with eight poles. This interface helps in parameterization, programming and diagnosis during commissioning and/or servicing.

The device has high-side switches on its digital inputs that allow the outputs to supply current but not sink it. The voltage peaks at these outputs can be limited by fitting free-wheeling diodes directly at the relay coil. Its analog inputs are in accordance with IEC 61131 standards. The Type 2 digital probe inputs of this unit are used to detect sophisticated measuring marks. The digital outputs of this control section are not to be operated at low resistance sources. The relay contact has a pickup delay of 10ms and a drop-out delay of 10ms. This advanced section with backup support for one year is transported through a reputed logistics team.
