The Bosch Rexroth CLM01.3-M-E-2-0 is a CLM series positioning control that is used along with the manufacturer’s MAC servomotor, TDM servo amplifier and TVM servo power supply. The outputs and inputs of the device are powered by an external 24V power supply. The unit can execute complex processing tasks using an extensive program command. The device features two axes and an expansion I/O board. It has 16 system-defined inputs and outputs as well as 16 user-defined or auxiliary inputs and outputs. The liquid crystal display highlights the diagnostic fault conditions and operating status. The positioning control is available with a warranty for one year.

The product is designed to support side-by-side mounting with the servo amplifier and power supply in a control cabinet using two screws. The unit houses a serial port for communicating with a host device. It functions using the LM software to saw or shear moving material into pieces of the desired length accurately. The software has various program-based and parameter-based features that render flexibility and improved performance. The device can be mounted at a distance of 30m from the control panel. The module must be stored and transported ina temperature range of -30°C and +85°C.

The display highlights fault and status messages in four lines with a maximum of 16 characters in each line. The Bb contacts have a current rating of 150mA and a voltage rating of 24VDC. The unit must be operated in Manual mode to clear errors. The serial port allows modification or editing information related to the CLM status, parameters and programs.
