The CDB01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is one of the control sections in the CDB01 series. It is a BASIC UNIVERSAL control section with double axes, ideal for standard and moderate-performance operations. As a configurable control section, it features a high degree of flexibility that allows it to be combined with other accessories for virtually any requirement. It supports the use of firmware which can be ordered as separate components. One of its modules is a Safe Torque Off safety module with a SIL 3/cat 3 PL e safety rating to protect both the machine and its operator. An extra benefit of this control section is that it offers users the chance to store axis-oriented drive parameters of its axes on an optional MultiMedia card.

For its master communication, the CDB01.1C-SE-NNN-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW features a SERCOS interface. The module uses fiber optics cables for the safe transfer of signals and communication with high-level control units. It also ensures maximum dynamics and precision by its synchronization with drives. In addition, its data rate and transmission power are adjustable using the control section’s plug-in control panel. This control panel is the standard type and plays a major role in running diagnostics and accessing error memory.
