The BTC06 Manual Control Units from Bosch Rexroth Indramat comprise a portable operator panel series designed for the mobile control and monitoring of machines and facilities, including single-axis and multi-axis installations.
The series uses a 24 VDC supply and combines a 240 × 128 graphic LCD with LED backlighting, a 48-key polyester keypad, and a compact polycarbonate housing rated IP65 when properly connected. For communication, the BTC06 provides an Indramat-standard RS485/RS422 interface for connection to controller families such as MTS, CLC, DKC, DLC, and CLM, along with an RS232 interface for firmware loading and project setup. The units are also designed with integrated operator safety features, including a dual-circuit emergency stop and an optional three-position live-man switch with redundant isolated contacts and category 4 integrated safety circuitry according to EN954-1. Depending on the version, the series can also be equipped with optional functions such as a handwheel, override switch, and slide-in key labeling, making it suitable for applications such as handling systems, packaging equipment, food-processing machinery, and machine tools.
