The 2AD132B-B35OA1-BS03-A2N1 is an asynchronous motor of the 2AD line from Bosch Rexroth company. These motors are mainly used as servo drive motors and rotary main spindle motors and, therefore, they are very efficient and can be used in different industries. Some of the most common applications of the said motor include machine tools, packaging and food industry machines, metal shaping machines and printing and paper processing machinery. These applications mainly benefited from the high accuracy, high efficiency and reliability of the motor.
These models of 2AD series are designed to enhance safety and compliance since all the connection terminals have voltages below 50V which is the protective low voltage as required by the international electrical safety standards. The motor has a frame size of 130 mm and a length code of B. The motor has a rated speed of 1500 rpm and can deliver a torque of about 64 Nm and has a weight of 90 kg.
This motor is fitted with the flange mounting B35, thus providing an efficient and stable means of installation. As per the standard IEC 721-3-3 it can work in presence of sinusoidal vibrations and shock vibrations in the axial and radial direction when it is in stationary mode and fulfills all the weather protection norms. In those conditions where fluid can be in the air in the form of fluids, such as spraying or dripping, the manufacturer suggests using a labyrinth seal. But this motor has no sealing at all and can only be equipped with a labyrinth seal which is very useful in applications where the speed of the motor is more than 200 RPM.
