The 1MS200D-4D-A1 is a stator for Bosch Rexroth 1MB motors. It is compatible with motors that have the following specifications: motor frame size 200, motor frame length D and motor winding code 4D. The stator’s design includes a cooling jacket made of aluminum. 1MB motors are liquid cooled and use a coolant that flow through the cooling jacket to absorb the heat that is dissipated during motor operation. The heat that is dissipated by motors that use the 1MS200D-4D-A1 stator is 2.7 kilowatts. The temperature of the coolant at the inlet has to be between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius. The required liquid coolant flow rate is 4 liters per minute. The volume of the liquid cooling duct is 0.8 liters. The approximate weight of the 1MS200D-4D-A1 stator is 29 kilograms.

The performance data for 1MB motors is valid for 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and 0 to 1000 meters altitude. If only the ambient temperature goes above 40 degrees Celsius while the altitude remains within permitted values, the motor output derates by approximate 20% at 55 degrees Celsius. Operation of 1MB motors at ambient temperatures above 55 degrees Celsius is not permitted. If only the altitude increases beyond 1000 meters while the temperature remains within permitted values, the motor output derates by approximately 35% at 5000 meters. Operation of 1MB motors at altitudes above 5000 meters is not permitted. The electrical connection on the 1MS200D-4D-A1 is through a cable that measures 1.5 meters. This cable is connected to the stator end with larger diameter. Only qualified and trained personnel should handle the 1MS200D-4D-A1 and 1MB motors that use this stator.
