Bosch Indramat designs the 1MR310F-A112/S022 rotor for the 1MB series of servo motors. It is specially made for turning, milling and grinding applications where the demands are high rigidity and precise torque delivery. The rotor has a total length of 400 mm and an internal shaft fitting length of 312 mm.

The 1MR310F-A112/S022 rotor is designed with a rotational inertia of 0.723 kg·m² and a mass of 95 kg. It has a major bore D1 with a diameter of 112 mm and a minor bore D2 with 111.8 mm of diameter, both possess the H6 tolerance to provide a positive and precise fit of the spindle. The intermediate bore D3 is 113 mm and the axial bore area D4 is 112.2 mm which assures adequate support and seating when it is mounted. The rotor has an outer thickness of 228.7 mm with a manufacturing tolerance of 0.05 mm whereas it is intended to be an interference fit in the stator. The 1MR310F rotor features a maximum mechanical speed of 8000 RPM and has a winding resistance of 0.363 Ω as well as an inductance of 4.753 mH at 20 °C.
