The HDS04.2-W200N-HT75-01-FW is a drive controller from the HDS series. The drive controller forms an excellent drive package when used with the industrial motors produced by Rexroth. The resulting drive package is suitable for assembly lines in various modern industries including handling machines, machine tools, paper printing equipment, paper manufacturing machinery, food processing machines, packaging equipment, mounting systems, etc. This drive controller can be powered by the HVE and HVR supply modules. The system is also capable of executing a high number of start-stop cycles. This feature is enabled by the HZK power resistor produced by the company. In the case of high power applications, the HZF power connection module can be utilized that is specially designed for high power applications. The option to instantly decelerate/brake high speed motors is available because of the HZB brake resistor that can absorb the heat dissipated when high speed motors are brought to an instant halt.

Multiple types of additional plug-in cards can be used with this HDS04.2-W200N-HT75-01-FW controller. Each plug-in card has been designed for specific applications. Incremental measuring systems can be connected by sinusoidal signal output or square-wave signal output by using either the DLF01.1M card or the DEF01.1M card. The DFF01.1M card is available for connecting GDS 1.1 measuring systems with the drive controller. Measuring systems with analog output signals can be connected by utilizing the DRF01.1M card. The drive controller monitors the temperature of the connected motors with a dedicated temperature monitoring device. This provides an effective mechanism to prevent overtemperature failure in motors. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
