The DU11H7138-01 is a two-phase stepper motor design built by Sanyo Denki; this compact motor unit has a compact housing unit and is able to withstand water splashes and dust penetration. The stepping motor has a flat output shaft that supports torque transmission at a higher efficiency level while maintaining a constant rotation speed with minimal risk of relative movement between the motor and its shaft unit. The housing of this motor unit is built from a thick metallic material; it is also coated by a black paint, which is chemically resistant to common corrosive liquids like dilute acids, water splashes, and also mineral oil. Although the speed of this motor unit is generally low compared to other motor units, its torque output is significantly higher than that of the conventional motor series. The rated voltage requirement for the DU11H7138-01 stepper motor is between 100 volts to about 220 volts, rated current is also between 0.15 amperes to about 0.9 amperes.
