In automated pick-and-place gantries, indexing tables, and light conveyor zones, the unit advances the load in exact increments by responding to drive pulses, allowing repeatable positioning without an encoder or resolver. Its construction follows the hybrid stepper format commonly used for open-loop motion axes in packaging, semiconductor handling, and test equipment.
A basic step angle of 1.8° provides 200 full steps per shaft revolution. Mounting uses a Φ86 mm square flange, while a pilot diameter of 73.025 mm centers the frame in matching gearheads or brackets. The motor provides a holding torque of up to 2.74 N·m for restraining static loads, and keyway engagement is supported by a 4 × 4 × 25 mm key seated in the output shaft.
