The 103H7522-5624 is an extremely efficient stepper motor built to be used with applications requiring precise motion for optimum operation. The motor is widely renowned for its energy efficiency and its low noise level during operation. The size of the motor is also significantly smaller than that of conventional motor designs with similar performance standards. The motor is equipped with an encoder that operates at a resolution of approximately 500 pulses per revolution; it also operates with a current supply of 150 milliamperes or less. The shaft integrated into this motor is a flat output shaft; this shaft fits smoothly into compatible machine designs and ensures the smooth transmission of torque during the operation of the motor. The stepping degree of this motor is about 0.72 degrees per step; it also operates with an input current that is measured to be about 1.4 amperes.
There is no air blower installed into this motor design; it does not produce high levels of heat, and the little heat it generates can be easily eliminated through natural convection or thermal radiation. The wiring requirement is the motor is also simple and easy to set up by operators. The operating ambient temperature for this motor design is intended to be between 0 to about 45 degrees Celsius; however, if the motor is to be stored for later use, it will be able to withstand an ambient temperature as high as 90 degrees.
