103H7126-0410 is an industrial stepper motor. The motor is designed to move in a series of angular steps. Basic step size of this motor is 1.8 degrees per step. Whereas rotary motors require feedback and servo control for precise positioning, stepper motors can be set to prescribed step positions without needing a position sensor like an encoder or resolver.
