Product Description:

The 103H6703-0140 is a two-phase ultra-vacuum stepping motor built by Sanyo Denki to function in combination with a compatible PMM driver series and form a rapid response automation system that can be used in various industries and industrial environments across the world. This synchronous motor has a dimension of about 50 square meters; its housing is made from a thick metallic material that is strong enough to preserve the performance standard of the motor in harsh conditions. The motor housing is also partly covered in a black coating that is resistant to weathering, rust, and deterioration. There is a mounting frame present in the front panel of this product, which makes the direct integration of the motor into the servo system easy to carry out.

The 103H6703-0140 has a two shaft design; these shaft are made from a strong material and can support relatively high axial loads while maintaining constant speed. The rated current required by this motor is about 2 amperes; it also has a wiring resistance of about 1.6 ohms per phase. During the 2-phase energization of this product, it maintains a torque of about 0.49 newton meters. This holding torque can still be higher than this amount. The wiring inductance of this product is about 3.2 military per phase while its measured rotor inertia is determined to be about 0.118 x 10-4 kilograms per meter square. The motor also has a total weight of 0.5 kilograms.

The 103H6703-0140 stepper motor does not contain any elaborate temperature regulation system; excess heat is efficiently dissipated from the motor through the natural process of convection, conduction and even radiation. Despite its efficient heat regulation system, operators are required to ensure that the ambient temperature around the stepper motor during its operation does not exceed 50 degrees Celsius.
