Product Description:

The Sanyo Denki 103H5508-7040 stepping motor, part of the StepSyn Stepping Motors series, is a high-precision 2-phase stepping motor. In a total of sixteen levels, the whole step angle of 0.72 degrees may be broken down into as many as 250 steps. Because of this, the functioning is smooth and there is little vibration. A further point to consider is that both the AC input drivers and the DC input high-power model drivers have an electronic gear.

The motor resolution may be adjusted in accordance with the gear reduction ratio or the ball screw pitch when it is used in conjunction with the setup software. On the market are motors that are equipped with electromagnetic brakes, gears, or encoders that have a resolution of 4000 P/R. Through the use of electromagnetic brakes, the AC input drivers are able to automatically regulate the open/close action of mechanical motors.

It is not essential to have an external power source for the braking systems. In comparison to the model that we are now using, the high-power models of the DC input drivers have been recently built to accomplish a reduction of mass by 73% and a reduction of volume by 63% between the two. (2) The fundamental models are able to accomplish a decrease of around 7% in volume and a reduction of approximately 39% in mass while still being compatible with our existing model. High-speed and precise control are made possible by this motor's maximum response frequency of 250 kHz, which is powered by a DC24V ±10% input voltage and supports an input current of up to 2A.
