Product Description:
The 103-7501-7020 Stepping Motor offers a 0.72° step angle that is suitable for precision driven tasks. It supports both bipolar and unipolar drive types depending on the wiring configuration. The multi wire harness with a connector allows secure and easy electrical connections.
This Sanyo Denki 103-7501-7020 stepping motor provides stable operation in demanding environments with a current per phase of 0.75 A. This stepping motor features a cylindrical body with a square mounting flange that ensures easy integration into mechanical systems. The flange follows the standard NEMA mounting pattern and includes four mounting holes for secure attachment. The shaft of this motor is single ended and comes with a pre mounted multi tooth timing pulley that is ideal for belt driven systems. The shaft has a keyway that allows firm coupling with external components. Use an electric power source that operates within the specified input voltage range of this stepping motor which is 5 V to 24 V. Using a power source outside this range whether too high or too low can result in malfunctions, overheating, fire hazards or electric shock. Always verify the power supply voltage before connecting it to the motor.
This 103-7501-7020 stepping motor’s housing is made of metal while the shaft and pulley are made of stainless steel and steel respectively. An optical encoder, the HEDS-5600 A12 by Hewlett-Packard (HP) is mounted at the rear. This encoder provides position feedback for closed loop control. This feedback system enhances precision and eliminates step loss. The combination of high precision stepping, a reliable encoder and a strong mechanical design ensures consistent and accurate performance of this StepSyn series stepping motor in industrial automation and robotic systems.
