Product Description:
The Q1AA10150FCP41 is a servo motor manufactured by Sanyo Denki within the Q SANMOTION Servo Motors series. It is intended for positioning and velocity control in industrial automation applications where compact rotary actuators synchronize machinery, conveyors, or pick-and-place axes with drive controllers. The motor converts commands from a compatible servo amplifier into controlled shaft movement. Its feedback system allows the amplifier to correct motion as operating loads change.
This model uses a 100 mm square flange, allowing it to align with industry-standard mounting frames without additional adapters. A built-in 24 V brake locks the shaft when power is removed, preventing load drift on vertical or suspended axes. The motor provides a continuous mechanical output of 1.5 kW, allowing it to drive medium-sized tooling or conveyor sections while remaining within typical servo drive current limits. The electrical system belongs to the 200 V motor class, enabling connection to common 200 VAC servo amplifiers without step-down transformers. The low-inertia rotor responds quickly to acceleration and deceleration commands, supporting equipment that performs frequent start-and-stop movements. This responsive rotor design also helps the connected drive follow rapid changes in commanded speed and position.
The permitted operating temperature ranges from 0 to 40 °C, allowing installation on climate-controlled production floors without auxiliary heating or cooling. Relative humidity can reach 90% noncondensing, helping protect the winding insulation when machinery is exposed to seasonal moisture changes. Position feedback is delivered by the PA035C sensor, which reports shaft position to the servo amplifier for closed-loop motion control. This device uses a reduced-wiring absolute sensor interface, so a compact connection can carry its required power and data. The reduced cable requirement simplifies routing through confined machine enclosures and lowers the space needed around moving assemblies.
