QS1C05AA is a Sanyo Denki servo amplifier. It is designed to control speed, position and torque of industrial rotary motors. The amplifier belongs to the Sanmotion Q product line. An LED display on the front of the unit provides necessary diagnostic information to aid operators with monitoring and control of the amplifier. An Ethernet interface, a USB interface and another communication interface are located at the front of the amplifier. The I/Os with screw-type terminals are also located at the front side of the unit. Color of the plastic amplifier housing is black. Sanyo has designed the unit for vertical mounting. Mounting plates are attached at the top and bottom at the front of the amplifier. The input rating is <,380 to 480 Volts AC>> with 13 Amps input and 200 to 240 Volts AC with 0.3 Amps input.

The input at 380 Volts is three-phase and the input at 200 Volts AC is single-phase. The amplifier supports 50 to 60 Hertz line frequencies. Output of the amplifier is 0 to 480 Volts AC at 0 to 420 Hertz frequency. The rated output of the amplifier is 12 Amps. This amplifier is CE marked and UL approved. Control method used for output control is PWM. Ambient conditions for amplifier use include 0 to 55 degrees Celsius for operation and -20 to 65 degrees Celsius for storage. This line of amplifiers includes a built-in dynamic brake and regeneration process. The amplifier is designed for industrial use and must be handled by qualified personnel who are aware and experienced with handling high voltage equipment.
