The QS1A10AA02301T00 is a servo amplifier produced by Sanyo Denki within the Q SANMOTION Servo Amplifiers series. It converts command signals from a motion controller into drive power for matched SANMOTION servo motors. This operation allows closed-loop speed, torque, or position regulation in assembly lines, packaging machines, and other automated equipment.
The control section accepts a single-phase AC 200–230 V supply, while the power section is fed by a three-phase AC 200–230 V mains source. Both inputs operate at 50/60 Hz and tolerate voltage variations from +10% to -15%. An IGBT pulse-width modulation topology produces a sinusoidal output for speed, torque, and position control modes. A frequency response of 600 Hz, measured with load inertia equal to motor inertia, supports rapid control-loop updates. The speed control range of 1:5000 maintains command resolution from low-speed movement to rated motor speed. Speed, torque, and current command references use a DC ±2.0 V scale, while the corresponding monitor outputs provide 2.0 V signals for real-time diagnostics. The current input limit is DC ±2.0 V with a tolerance of ±15%, and the current monitor output reaches 2.0 V with a tolerance of ±10% when the axis is at full load. During startup, the control circuit draws an inrush current of 40 A.
A built-in regeneration resistor with a resistance of 10 Ω works with the dynamic brake to absorb kinetic energy during motor deceleration. The regeneration system can absorb up to 2450 J, which helps protect upstream supply components when the connected motor returns energy to the amplifier. The main power stage draws an inrush current of 18 A when line voltage is first applied, after which continuous operation proceeds within the applicable thermal limits. The amplifier has a mass of 5.1 kg, permitting direct cabinet mounting without additional support hardware. Its braking arrangement supports overhauling loads and frequent acceleration and deceleration cycles while maintaining a compact cabinet installation.
