PQ Type M Servo Amplifiers

The PQ Type M Servo Amplifiers series is a solution for controlling motion in factory automation where high accuracy is needed. These amplifiers support full-closed loop control, which allows for micrometer-scale resolution; this is really important for positioning tasks that need to be accurate, even when pushed by external forces. When these amps are integrated with industrial PCs, they make possible complex control systems for both rotating motor movement and linear motor movement at same time. These amplifiers work great in applications that use both hydraulic parts and servo motors together. The series has a position control loop built to resist external disturbances, making it useful for machines that mold plastic and other high-force uses. The speed loop goes up to 400Hz, which doubles the speed from past models. Memory is bigger now, with 256KB ROM and 512KB RAM, so users can make control rules that are more complex and customize the system. The amps also work with DeviceNet and SERCOS network types, providing the flexibility of communication speeds that varies from 2Mbps to 16Mbps on SERCOS-compatible types. To accommodate different power needs around the world, there are 115V AC, 230V AC, and 48V DC versions. They also have a master encoder input, modulo positioning, registration, torque observation, auto-tuning, dual location feedback, and save parameters for different use cases.
