Product Description:
The PMMCS803B1 Stepping Driver offers precise control for stepping motors. It supports efficient performance with adjustable current and stepping modes. This driver is suitable for various industrial applications requiring reliable motor control and monitoring capabilities.
The PMMCS803B1 stepping driver operates with a single phase AC power supply of 100 V that allows a variation of + 10 % to – 15 %. It supports frequencies of 50/60 Hz with a ± 3 Hz tolerance. The operating ambient temperature for the driver ranges from 0 to + 50 °C and it can be stored between - 20 to + 70 °C. Humidity levels for operation range from 35 % to 85 % RH without condensation and conservation humidity is between 10 % and 90 % RH. Its wide temperature and humidity tolerances make it suitable for challenging environments. Vibration resistance of the model is rated at 4.9 m/s² that covers a frequency range of 10 to 55 Hz across X, Y and Z axes for two hours each. The driver features a protection function against PM driver overheating to ensure safe operation. An LED indicator is included in this PM series driver to monitor alarms.
The Sanyo Denki PMMCS803B1 stepping driver supports pulse duty up to a maximum of 50 %. The driver’s flexible configuration through DIP switches allows easy customization for various applications. DIP switches enable exciting mode selection between Full step and Half step modes. An automatic current down function can also be selected to optimize performance. Additionally, the driving current can be precisely set using DIP switches to adjust the stepping motor's driving current as needed. This stepping driver offers reliable performance with integrated safety features for continuous operation.
