Product Description:
Sanyo Denki's PB2D003R1UM Motor is an efficient motor made for precise control in industrial automation. This motor works well because it has PWM control and a small, open-frame design. The motor is very small (about 0.5 kg) and can be powered by a number of different sources, so it can be used in a wide range of situations.
The PB2D003R1UM motorhas a diverse range of selections, such as 200 to 12800 P/R. In addition, it has a steady rotation capability of 0 to 4500 min-1. The device is enabled with regeneration and holding brake functionalities, which augment its stability while operating. The motor can function with a single power supply or with two individual ones, each of which can operate at a voltage of DC24V/36V ±10%. It has over-speed, power input, CPU failure, and even encoder disconnection protective design. The LED display shows in real-time the alarm’s status and power state. Propelling, continuous rotation, zeroing, and normal drive are some of a motor's operational duties. It has rotary switches and DIP switches for configuring the terminal resistors, enabling the slave address and axis. Points and programming can reach a maximum of 256 and 256PRGx16 with less complex pointing and 8PRGx512 lines for complex pointing.
The PB2D003R1UM motor also has EXE, STOP, and ALMCLR as control signals. A few of the numerous feedback and tracking outputs are a general-purpose output, and other control outputs are ALM, Motor Stop and Ack. It can process rigid limit inputs because it has 2ch x 4 axes and sockets for each axis encoder. The motor is compact (W 120 x H 55 x D 80 mm), making integration into existing systems simpler. Due to its durability and advanced functionalities, it is well-suited for precise motion control applications.
