Linear motors under the DD family are characterized by their twin or dual magnet type construction with core. DT motors, on the other hand, are center-magnet type motors with a solid core. Finally, DS linear servo motors are characterized by their flat design and robust magnetic core. Because of their lightweight and versatile form factor, DS linear servo motors are heavily used in industrial applications requiring linear motion.

Under the DS linear motor family, the DS065CC1ANEA200 originated. The DS065CC1ANEA200 is a robust linear servo motor with a 65-mm wide magnet. With its built-in Hall effect sensor, the magnetic flux density of the core can consistently be monitored and measured throughout the operation. Based on the fluctuation of the magnetic flux, the servo amplifier can make adjustments in the motor’s operation. Like other Sanmotion G motors, having a compatible servo amplifier and magnet rail model is a must. Specifically, the DS065CC1ANEA200 requires a 50 A servo amplifier to function optimally.
