With its built-in hall sensor, a separate controller or amplifier can precisely monitor the movement of the rotor based on the intensity of the induced magnetic field. Unlike rotary servomotors, however, the rotor, or the moving component in linear servo motors, does not rotate. Instead, the moving component for linear servo motors exhibits thrusting forces along a line of action. For the DS055CC1ANEA100, specifically, the rated linear thrust force is 310 N. Depending on the intended application, the DS055CC1ANEA100 can safely be operated up to a maximum thrust force of 600 N.
