Product Description:
The DS045CC1ANEA200 is a special Sanmotion G linear servo motor manufactured by Sanyo Denki in Japan. Intended for precise servo applications, the DS045CC1ANEA200 requires an AC input voltage of 200 V and a 30 A servo amplifier. The alternating voltage input excites the poles of the coil, while the servo amplifier controls the operation of the motor based on the output of other control signals. Based on Sanyo Denki’s manual for Sanmotion G products, the DS045CC1ANEA200 works well with DS045MCXXX magnetic rail models. Depending on the length of the magnetic rail model, the total net weight of the linear servo motor may vary.
The coil of the DS045CC1ANEA200 has a total mass of 1.8 kilograms. When used with a DS045MC064 magnet rail model, the linear servo motor’s total mass is 2 kilograms. For this coil model, the largest compatible magnet rail model is the DS045MC512. With this magnet rail model, the linear servo motor weighs around 3.3 kilograms. The difference between the DS045MC064 and the DS045MC512 is that the latter has a length of 512 millimeters, whereas the DS045MC064 only has a length of 64 millimeters. The DS045CC1ANEA200 has a magnetic width of 45 millimeters and a cable length of 600 millimeters.
During operation, the DS045CC1ANEA200 can safely achieve a rated speed of 1.8 meters per second. The speed range of this forcer may vary from the rated speed up to a maximum value of 3 meters per second. At no point in time, however, can the DS045CC1ANEA200 be operated at the maximum speed and thrust force simultaneously. Assuming rated speed, this linear servo motor can safely deliver a maximum thrust force of 500 N.
