The DS045CC1ANEA100 is designed to deliver precise linear thrust forces for automation applications. When equipped with an appropriate servo amplifier, this device can operate at a wide operating speed and force range. It comes with a Hall effect sensor that sends electrical signals to a separate controller or monitoring system depending on the magnitude and direction of the core’s magnetic field. The Hall effect sensor works by inducing voltage in a conductor depending on the intensity and direction of the magnetic field within the motor. With this encoder, the motor can efficiently be controlled by the servo amplifier depending on the intensity of the induced voltage.

Like other Sanyo Denki linear servo motors, the DS045CC1ANEA100 operates at a nominal supply voltage of 200 VAC. At this terminal voltage, the motor can generate a rated thrust force of 260 N. For more demanding applications, this linear motor can operate at a ceiling thrust force of 500 N at the rated speed. Based on Sanyo Denki’s table of specifications, the DS045CC1ANEA100 can maintain a velocity of 1.8 m/s to 3 m/s. At any point in time, however, the maximum thrust force can only be achieved at the rated speed, while the maximum speed can only be achieved at the rated thrust force.
