The GADSE03AA22 Servo Amplifier is the creation of Sanyo Denki that amplifies control signals and supplies power to a servo motor that enables precise control over motion parameters like speed, torque and position. This G Sanmotion AC Servo Amplifiers series module is used for industrial automation applications to control and drive a servo motor.
The GADSE03AA22 servo amplifier range over which it can control the motor's speed is in the ratio 1:5000. This implies that it can control the motor at speeds as low as 1/5000th of its maximum speed that offers excellent speed regulation. It runs on an AC power supply between 100V and 120V that also accommodates 10% increase or a 15 % decrease in voltage fluctuations. It is compatible with global power standards as it supports both 50 Hz and 60 Hz power systems. It receives commands in analog (voltage-based) or pulse format and uses a sinking type of output that means it pulls current to ground when activated, which is important for compatibility with control systems and PLCs. It handles high power motors and dynamic loads with its amplifier capacity of 30 A.
The GADSE03AA22 servo amplifier allows the servo motor to function at higher speeds than typical models, because of optimized drive algorithms and efficient power delivery. It is aligned with the incremental encoders which provide feedback by generating pulses as the motor moves. The minimum resistance of 10 ohm can be safely connected to the amplifier's power circuit which ensures proper operation and heat dissipation when the motor is decelerating. It drives the motor with a maximum power output of 1.5 kW that indicates its range which it can handle effectively.
