The SCE952NN-504-01, optimally engineered by Rexroth, is a single axis servo drive. This single axis servo drive features high performance. This drive is produced to be used with 3-phase permanent magnet motors that are brushless in design. Similar interfaces are available with this drive as well as other units within the series. Further, U.S. 480 VAC lines and European 400 VAC mains are compatible with the power of this drive.
Both standard and distinct features are included with the SCE952NN-504-01, ultimately providing a multitude of advantages for the operator. For example, this servo drive includes an entirely digital DSP-based control with current loops and digital auto-tuning. More importantly, this unit features quick and simple set-up in addition to software complete with pre-installed parameters. This particular servo drive has a Digital Resolver to Digital Converter. This allows the servo drive to maintain a 24-bit position resolution. This unit also includes an Advanced Signature Series with current control, leading to low shaft torque ripple in addition to uniform control dynamics. Low shaft torque ripple and uniform control dynamics are able to occur across a wide array of speeds.
A removable option card is included along with the SCE952NN-504-01. Such option cards allow the user to easily customize and configure the servo drive easily and practically. Additionally, these practical option cards improve the functionality and performance of the drive. This servo drive, along with other drives in the series, is delivered to the manufacturer unconfigured. Therefore, the user must set the specific parameters of the servo drive before the SCE952NN-504-01 is able to be used.
