Product Description:

The SCE952NN-501-01 is produced by Rexroth as a single axis servo drive. This servo drive is complete with high performance at a medium power. Additionally, this unit is designed to be coupled along with brushless 3-phase permanent magnet motors. Other servo drives in the same series as this unit possess a similar interface. The power electronics of the SCE952NN-501-01 are compatible with U.S. 480 VAC lines as well as European 400 VAC mains. Further, this servo drive possesses a wide spectrum of standard and unique features that are advantageous to the user. A completely digital DSP-based control, as well as digital auto-tuning, is including with this drive. This DSP-based control is coupled with current loops.

This servo drive is also easy and practical to set up as the software within the unit is complete with pre-installed parameters. Moreover, the SCE952NN-501-01 includes a Digital Resolver to Digital Converter, allowing the unit to support a 24-bit position resolution. An Advanced Signature Series is also included with the unit. This Advanced Signature Series is complete with current control which supports low shaft torque ripple as well as uniform control dynamics. Both this torque and control dynamics occur at a wide spectrum of speeds.

The SCE952NN-501-01 features a modular construction and is complete with a removable option card. Option cards are useful as it allows the operator to configure and set the parameters of the drive easily. Furthermore, option cards are practical components as they increase the functionality of the servo drive. It is important to note that servo drives such as the SCE952NN-501-01 are delivered to the user unconfigured. As such, in order for this servo drive to be configured, specific parameters must be indicated and set.
