Product Description:

The SC756A-080-02 Servo Drive from Pacific Scientific is a member of the technologically advanced SC750 Series capable of performing sophisticated motion control in industrial automation systems. With a continuous rated output of 60 A at 3-phase 230 VAC (Volts of Alternate Current) and a maximum output of 120 A (Amperes) for up to 5 seconds, this drive is both powerful and efficient. The SC756A-080-02 operates with input voltages anywhere in the range of 90 to 264 VAC (Volts of Alternate Current) (47 - 63 Hz, single-phase) or 130 to 370 VDC. The power bus voltage is 320 VDC (Volts of Direct Current)while the bus power is 38 A RMS. The drive's shunt regulator system is reliable with 40 kW (kilo-Watts) peak power and 500 Watts continuous power allowing for efficient energy damping in high performance applications.

This servo drive weighs 90 lbs (40.86 kg kilograms) and works from 0 °C to 50 °C for full ratings and has a derating to 70% performance from 50 °C to 60 °C. The thermal management capabilities are good, featured by a 600 Watt power loss at 100% continuous current. The high encoder input of 750kHz allows motion control operations to be performed with great accuracy.

Built for CE and UCL certified industrial zones, the SC756A-080-02 assist motors having at least 0.25 mH of inductance, which ensures that a range for brushless servo motors is supported. Like other servo drives, the SC756A-080-02 works outstandingly in high-torque and rapid-acceleration situations in robotics and CNC machining, as well as automated manufacturing systems. This product is available for same-day shipping, inquire when speaking to a Wake Industrial representative.
