Product Description:

The SC750 Servo Drives Series includes the powerful Pacific Scientific 121-236, a servo drive designed to achieve high precision motion control within industrial automation. It is exceptionally well suited for demanding applications as it features strong performance metrics, such as continuous output power between 1.1 kW to 18 kW and peak power ranging from 2.2 kW to 36 kW. This device has a 320 VDC bus voltage, making it highly efficient at operating 90-264 VAC single phase or 130-370 VDC. It also provides encoder input/output at 750 kHz maximum frequency with selectable PPR of 500 to 16,384, enabling accurate motion feedbacks for even the most complex tasks.

Like most modern devices, this servo drive has protection against malfunctions with short-circuit protection, overtemperature shutdown, and undervoltage protection features, guaranteeing reliability and safety. Integrated shunt regulator enables peak power handling from anywhere between 3 kW to 40 kW depending on the model configuration.

Flexible configuration options are afforded by the 121-236, as it accepts 16 programmable general-purpose inputs, 2 counter inputs, and several control inputs like enable, fault reset, and directional inhibit. Smooth low speed torque is achieved alongside high-speed performance through its signature commutation technology. With integrated IGBT output stage technology and a high-performance 16-bit microcontroller, this servo drive has the best in class motor control, resolver feedback, and autotuning for easy integration into complex systems. Designed for CNC machinery, robotics, precision mobility control, higher speed packaging, & other industrial applications, the 121-236 functions efficiently at heights of up to 1500 meters.
