The SC724A-035 is a torque/velocity servo controller produced by Pacific Scientific within the SC720 Command Controllers series. As a closed-loop drive interface, the controller conditions three-phase power and resolver feedback to command permanent-magnet servomotors used in material handling, packaging, and coordinated motion cells. By regulating motor torque and speed in real time, it links high-level PLC commands to axis actuation and provides deterministic response for medium-power automation tasks.

The unit draws three-phase power at 18 A rms from 240 VAC lines, which are internally rectified to 320 VDC on the DC bus.
