SC722A-001-PM72036 is a servo controller that offers economical torque or velocity control. The 7 series unit is a part of Pacific Scientific’s SC720 series of single axis servo controllers with a form factor of less than 1.01. The device operates at an ambient temperature of 0°C to 50°C at a fully rated voltage and current. The servo controller features 7.5A peak current or 3.8A continuous current rating. It also has 3kW peak shunt regulator power and 320VDC bus voltage with 240VAC input voltage. The unit must always be mounted vertically on a solid and flat surface.
The single-axis servo controller encompasses a function code of torque or velocity controller. The servo controller also makes use of a frameless, brushless resolver as encoder emulator for reliable and rugged feedback. Additionally, the unit comprises adjustment type and analog setup personality mode designator and suffix code. It works with the manufacturer’s F series ferrite magnet and medium inertia motors that operate at a speed of 1,000RPM.
