Product Description:

The SC450 brushless servo controller, the SC453-055-04, is one of the servo controllers that set the bar high when it comes to motion control automation. This model has a peak output power of 4500 W and a continuous output (efficiency) power of 2250 W with 3 phase input of 230 volts, so it performs very well for servo systems that perform demanding tasks. This model operates at 115/230 VAC(+10%, -15%) with a continuous stall current of 7.5A and peak output current of 15A which covers a wide range of applications. It uses a voltage (bus) of 330 Volts DC (nominal) and delivers power outputs with greater than 90% efficiency, making the module utilize energy in a very efficient manner, while also functioning very.

Having a position regulation resolution of 4096 steps per revolution (5.3 arcmin/step), and a speed regulation range of 0 to 10,000 RPM makes this controller efficient for complex motion control work. The control bandwidth of 3 kHz (current loop) enhances the response time and accuracy of the device.

The SC453-055-04 was built with microprocessor based technology and comes integrated with advanced motion control capabilities. Its non-volatile memory enables storage of motion profiles, along with standard RS-232/RS-485 serial communication ports, and a range of resolver feedback commutation ports for more accurate motor tracking. Also, improvements on reliability from interference and ground loop disturbance is achieved with magnetically/ optically isolated output stages.

It can be used alongside Pacific Scientific's brushless servomotors and other standard 3-phase PM brushless motors, and it offers unmatched flexibility due to its quad control capabilities. The controller is now available at Wake Industrial with a 1-year warranty. This product is available for same-day shipping, inquire when speaking to a Wake Industrial representative.
