Product Description:
The SC452-047-05 Servo Controller is developed by Pacific Scientific for industrial automation systems. It accepts either 115 or 230 VAC input. It has a single-phase power supply or a three-phase power supply. The range of input voltages is +10 per cent to -15 per cent of the calculated value. It is highly effective at a frequency of 47 to 63 Hz.
The SC452-047-05 servo controller will provide a nominal bus supply of 320VDC by using a 230VAC input. At 115 VAC input, the bus goes into 160 VDC. This servo controller delivers a peak output current of 7 amps. The current drawn when the motor is stalled continuously is 3.5 amps at 230 VAC input. This stall current rises to 4.2 amps when the input voltage is raised to 115 VAC. The unit has a maximum output power of 2000 watts using 230VAC input. The peak power output is 1000 watts at 115 VAC input. The continuous stall power is 1000 watts at 230 VAC 3-phase. It conveys 700 watts on a 230 VAC single-phase input. The power is rated as 350 watts when single-phase constant voltage is 115VAC. The SC452-047-05 servo controller has a built-in 1500-watt peak power supported shunt regulator. The regulator can have 0.3 seconds of high-energy dissipation.
The SC452-047-05 servo controller has more than 90 percent efficiency. The way it is made promotes a low loss of energy in the process of constant operation. Form factor is compact with a rating of less than 1.01. Its current loop bandwidth is capped at 3 kHz only. The controller can adjust the velocity offset. The offset can be set precisely to zero. It provides reliable motor control at the workplace within the industry. It can manage the variation of load through the controller without affecting performance.
Frequently Asked Questions about SC452-047-05:
Q: Why does SC452-047-05 use a 3 kHz bandwidth?
